The Prairie Cottage
The comfortably furnished accommodation is set over three floors and can sleep up to 10 guests. Situated only a couple of minutes walk away from Sheringham Beach and the High Street, The Prairie is ideal for a family holiday or group booking.
The cottage is heated throughout by gas central heating and has WiFi for guests convenience. The hall, stairs and landing can be protected by fitted wooden stairgates. A travel cot is provided along with a small selection of books, games and toys.
We do not charge extra for linen, gas, electricity, WiFi or Now TV Sky Movies and Entertainment Pass.
Ground Floor
Two Reception Rooms
The front lounge is pleasantly furnished with comfortable seating and a gas fire. Entertainment includes a TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and Now TV box (with Sky Movies and Entertainment).
The spacious dining room has a long dining table and chairs, electric fire, TV and Radio/CD player.
Kitchen and Utility Room
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, microwave and breakfast table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
Shower Room
The downstairs shower room has an electric shower, washbasin and w/c.
First Floor
- Bedroom 1: Double bed
- Bedroom 2: Double bed and washbasin.
- Bedroom 3: Small double bed
- Bedroom 4: Bunk bed
The first floor has a bathroom with over-bath shower and washbasin and a separate w/c.
Second Floor
- Bedroom 5: Three single beds
The second floor has a shower room with washbasin and w/c.
Exterior
There is a paved area to the front of the property with parking for up to three cars.
To the rear is an enclosed garden with garden furniture. The garden is mainly paved with borders and a small grassy area. It is perfect for BBQs – we provide a gas BBQ for guests use. There is a small shed that can be used by guests for storage.
