Carnivals
The main carnival week in Sheringham starts on the 30th July, but there are several events before and after to whet people’s appetites, starting with the raft race on the 24th July at noon. The carnival starts with aplomb with the annual visit of hundreds of beautifully customised and gleaming Harley Davidson motorbikes.
The events include:
- Sunday: Crowning of the Carnival Queen
- Tuesday: Street Races at 6.00pm
- Wednesday: Parade Day
- Sunday:: Torchlight Parade & Fireworks
And there are plenty of other activities happening around these events.
Sheringham Carnival is then followed by Cromer Carnival week starting on the 13th August, with carnival day on the Wednesday, with the Red Arrows promised to perform a display that day.
